Yoga Mats

Monday Yoga
9:30-10:30 am
Wednesday and Friday Yoga

8:30-9:30 am

Yoga starts with warm up moves and ends with some meditative breathing explorations and Savasana. This class will give you the opportunity to gain greater awareness of your body, your breathing, and your internal dialog. Be prepared to move and also still feel peaceful and grounded. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat if you have one!

Aerobic Class in Pool

Water Aerobics
6:30 - 7:30 am (Mon, Wed, Fri)

Aerobic exercises done in the pool. Done in the shallow end of the pool & is a type of resistance training.

Putting on Goggles

Aqua Jogging
5:30 - 6:30 pm (Tues & Thurs)

Cardiovascular exercise that mimics the motion of jogging while submerged in water. A flotation device or running belt keeps your body suspended, allowing your arms and legs to move freely while keeping your head above the surface of the water.
