Yoga Mats

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

8:30 am - 9:30 am

Foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.

Aerobic Class in Pool

Monday through Friday

Water Aerobics
6:30 am - 7:30 am 

Aerobic exercises done in the shallow end of the pool, as a type of resistance training.

Putting on Goggles

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Aqua Jogging
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Cardiovascular exercise that mimics the motion of jogging while submerged in water. A flotation device or running belt keeps your body suspended, allowing your arms and legs to move freely while keeping your head above the surface of the water.
